- All requests for items to be returned or exchanged must be made within 14 days.
- The customer is responsible for returning the items to us in as new condition.
- Kindly ensure your order is in original and protective packaging without which we will not be able to refund.
- Kindly ensure the item(s) returned are suitably protected when packaged to avoid damage in transit.
- We would not issue a refund or exchange should returned items be damaged in transit.
