  • All requests for items to be returned or exchanged must be made within 14 days.
  • The customer is responsible for returning the items to us in as new condition.
  • Kindly ensure your order is in original and protective packaging without which we will not be able to refund.
  • Kindly ensure the item(s) returned are suitably protected when packaged to avoid damage in transit. 
  • We would not issue a refund or exchange should returned items be damaged in transit.
